Narmac, I am in no ways trying to stir up FUD....and I am in complete agreement with you in respect to the loan, in a post not too long ago I offered up the opinion that disposing of the loan should be no more difficult than flicking a crumb off a table....and urged DM to flick away.

What I am trying to do is anticipate, to think in a manner that a person short 100K might think.

Remember that April 17th 2018 proposed share offering?  Go back, while some were moaning and groaning I was the one pointing out that it was a "proposal" and not a done deal...Here is what you were saying about the April 17th that proposed offering narmac:

As memory serves everyone was talking about that share offering like it was a done deal....I was looking for confirmation that this proposed offering would take place. Meanwhile the market reaction (the PPS tanking down below $1.20 at its lowest) had others whining and crying about liscening deals, partnerships and the like....and we now know that the PPS tanking directly coincided with a massive jump in short selling....

All I'm trying to do now is anticipate...."if" there's no news by Thursday's opening bell, how might someone with 100K shares short that need covering, what might he do?
