Keep thinking "there has to be news today" and each day more crickets.  I was at my little guy's school this morning to head out on a field trip at an outdoor education centre, I sure can pick the days to volunteer and the right weather...an outdoor activity with the temp at -27 with windchill, -17 without it.  Had a good time though, I was a human bird feeder, with chickadees landing on my hand about 10x to nibble some seed....hard to be perfectly still though when you're freezing your proverbials off.

Its looking more and more like they're gonna take this right down to the wire....and that's fine, so long as they resolve the loan issue.  I never got an answer to my email asking if they've achieved 250 MACE events yet, which I will take to mean that they cannot answer, having decided not to disclose that infomation....I think Carpe Diem could be right about not disclosing, and about the possiblity that we might be seeing some manipulation of the PPS due to an offering with a VWAP component for pricing.
