I tend to agree with CD who suggested the price might be being boxed in in preparation for a capital raise.

We have been in the $3.20 range for a while now. We usually trend donw to $3.00 and then we pop up to the $3.30 level every now and then and then back to $3 level. But recently we go down only as far a s $3.20. 

Not counting today we have only 3 trading days left before we get news of new financing. I am going with a new share issue at around $3.20,... hopefully for at least 10 million shares (plus warrants) to pay off the Third Eye loan.
