To the quesiton of when the outstanding share count climbed to 193 million...when I post the short interest table it shows the number of OS. Back in May it was 177 million then in August it went to 187 and then 188 million, November 30th is when it shows hitting 193 million....the reason obviously is share issuances with warrants probably factoring in as well:
