Over an hour into the trading day and only 1,000 shares traded, and on the buy side that's all me...done is 5 partials.  

No news since December 18th, over a month now....I can't see how we can get to Jan 31st without something material happening.   Worst case scenario would be Third Eye foreclosing on the loan, that or they have to announce something about either paying the loan off or resolving the covenant requiring top-line by Jan 31st.
