I have owned warrants a couple times but I have always sold or had them expire worthless. What is the actual process to exercise if the sp rose and the warrants were not trading at an appropriate price?

Do you complete some form and transfer agent does it, can broker do it if you have broker, what about if you have a discount brokerage account?
