With an expiry of 2021 I'm not worried...but the premium on the warrants is quite high at $2.60  For conversion to make sense the PPS for the shares needs to be above $4.65 obviously.  Assuming we hit that PPS it'll be interesting to see what the warrants would be trading at...a lot would depend on how much time would be left until expiry.
