This is what I'm seeing on my Questrade account as I type this:

Bid $3.20 Bid Size 12 / Ask $3.20 Ask Size 6

On the surface it would seem that there are buyers willing to purchase 12 lots at $3.20 and sellers looking to sell 6 lots at that same $3.20 price. This has been up a couple minutes but nothing has changed in terms of trading volume.
