Exactly KayakerBC. Until we get past Feb 12th, then we are entirely within the 10-15 per month range stated at the Sept 12th AGM. At that point it will have been 5 months since that original 10-15 per month statement, and if there is still no annoucement about 250 events we can start talking about the rate having been below 10 per month. Simple math here.
