I had asked RVX your question some time back.  Events get adjudicated as they come in.  But some patients can have more than 1 MACE so they won't count.  The 200 mentioned at the June meeting was for unique patients.  

So it is the last 10 to 20 MACE events where the delay really is.  I asked if they can get these speeded up...but the answer was not clear.  Something about needing to go to another hospital to get the original documents instead of the investigator's hospital.

Someone suggested paying the contractor more to get the adjudications speeded up but that was not clear either.
