C'mon Don, fill up the dang car.....

I get the feeling that I'm a passenger in Donny's car, and that he keeps putting in just enough gas, by his reckoning, just enough to get us to our destination.
Problem is we get hit by heavy traffic, so he pulls over and tops up "just enough" again, (by his reckoning) to get us to the finish line. Then there's a detour, so again he pulls over and again adds "just enough" to get us there. Next comes some snow and more slow driving, increaseing the amount of fuel used...so again we pull over to top up "just enough".
I sincerely wish (if he can) that he'd just go and fill the vehicle right up, and maybe a jerry can or three....get enough gas to get us not just to the finish line, but past it.
I don't know if the avenues are available, but he must've raised somewhere around $400 million or so by now over the years. I frankly don't care about dilution, if Apabetalone succeeds I think it'll be worth billions. They need about $15 million USD to put the Third Eye loan to bed. Then figure $5 million per month USD because I'd rather over estimate burn than underestimate it.
Seeing as we could be looking at June before trial completion, then raise enough to get us to September. Make it a nice round $60 million USD, say 25 million shares or so at current prices...that would take the share count up to near 220 million. If we could get to a MC of just $1 billion USD with 220 million shares out, that would be a PPS of about $4.50 USD give or take....
Frankly I think the lack of capital is a major drag on the company right now in terms of how its viewed and valued by the market....
End of rambling rant.
