I wasn't watching OTC trading...How many shares traded at $2.67?

When funky things like this happen I sometimes wonder if maybe someone had a limit order in at that price and a MM just decided to go and grab them, and then quickly drop the PPS back down. Liquidity imo is a big issue here.
