Led the broker is just stating a fact. Did we not vote to proceed with a share consolidation for a period of 12 months. So there is nothing new here. We just don't know if and when it will happen, if at all. But the same poster on Yahoo made a very interesting statement 4 months back that has merit.  

"RVX offers a potential double grand slam here with only five months to wait. Don't underestimate how high the stock could go if BETonMACE is successful and apabetalone is identified as the first drug which safely raises HDL. Esperion was trading at a $2B market cap not long ago on yet another LDL-reducing compound in a very crowded market." ( Bolding added)
