I haven't been posting much, but still keeping an eye....haven't seen any discussion around a US listing or about the ratio that would be needed in a share cosolidation. Right now the PPS is about $2.50 USD, so 1:2 would take that to $5, which imo is still too low. Assuming a price around $2.50 USD I think 1:3 makes sense to me, that would mean a post consolidation PPS of ~$7.50 USD which would open up institutional investment.
Like everyone I'd prefer no consolidation at all....but assuming we stick around the current valuation then 1:3 would take us from about 190 million shares down to about 63 million. Combine a consolidation with a secondary offering of say 10 million shares and they could raise enough to satisfy the 3rd Eye loan with plenty left over if they could get it underwritten at that $7.50 USD price.
