That's not a news release but said in a room of about 100 people at the AGM is pretty close. DM did say they would prefer a non dilutive financing but so far we haven't seem much of that. I can understand where RM came to his conclusion. On the other hand though they may have enough after the last financing to get them to the Top Line results, which if positive, could change the game for them and all of us.
