Hummm,,,,koo ,,, not sure what you mean ,,,,a weaker or stronger dollar on either side means nothing except for the weak side to come up to meet the strong side or visa versa,,,,,I don't see how either would hold the other side back from trading volume or other. It has never been an issue from what I have seen over the years.
