DND, the estimate of 10-15 per month is a future projection likely based upon the average (placebo plus apabetalone groups) event rate per 100 patient years. This was likely a noisy estimate towards the beginning of the trial without as many data points but is now much more solid with full enrollment and ~200 events having occurred. If you have this events per 100 patient year number, then you can apply it to a time factor to get your anticipated number of events over a given time period. Really simple.
