IPO for us on the NASDAQ???,,,,I dont think so,,,we would just list once the protocol is met and accepted,,,priced based from the TSX open market pricing but in USD,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,IPOs from my experience have come thru holding companies that sell thses shares into the market as the company transforms itself from a private entity to  being a public one,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,now ZENE would come out as an IPO,,,cuz it is private,,,,and the holding company would put an initial price target on it but the market would verify if that pricing was accurate or not during the first few days of trading  :o) ,,as we know the Market allways knows best!!,,,,jmo!!!!
