You are correct that things are different now vis-a-vis January of 2015.  You cited a number of differences.  Things are clearly a lot farther along.  I would add only that another big difference is price...the price now is almost 8x the price then.  I was incredibly lucky to have been sitting in that seat, and to have thought what the hell I'll jump in with both feet.
