With a successful BOM, HL has it made. They own 43% of Resverlogix and they can manufacture in their part of the world. And to boot, they may end up manufacturing in the USA if they are successful with the ROFR. I think they will settle for that.

And they hold the deciding vote no matter what. How much better can they have it. (IMO)
