The write up just covers the 7th postive DSMB reccomendation and the news about seeking a US listing and how that can provide a lift.  It also notes that the PPS is up over 100% in the past 3 months and says its hovering around "all time highs"....which I guess is true in terms of MC....so it says investors may want to wait for entry points.
