You do an amazing job always of injecting some much needed reality when we start to put on our Icarus wings. Like most here I suspect, I'm very encouraged each time the DSMB chimes in and notes the absence of safety concerns.   

I hadn't completely dismissed the possibility that there  could be adverse side effects....but I was thinking that any such safety concerns and/or side effects, that it might take longer...say if we get approval and people were to take Apabetalone for say 5 or 10 years.

I'm going to curb my enthusiasm on the safety front...as you note, there may be some bio-marker red flag that might only be recognized when the trial is over.
