The prospective vote on the Sept 12 resolution regarding share consolidate is really a “non event” in that that nothing will change and nothing will happen over the next twelve months..unless “its in the best interest of the shareholders” ( a nice potentially litigious term..LOL!)

Seems like a great move to be set up for potentially great things happening to the company....in the meantime it could be a four month wait, or more, to see what happens on the conclusion of Phase III BETonMACE endpoints.

Sure would like to know about the related closing on Zenith...Wow!, what a wait and apparantly from a previous post on this board the “10MM shares at $2.50” could possibly be “fake news” Would like to see some current upgraded news on this issue also.
