hummm,,,,roll backs,,,,equity raising etc,,,,,acccchhhhhh,,,,,,its 6 or half dozen,,,take ones pick,,,and could the notice to shareholders of this Nasdaq listing also be a notice to prospective suitors that we are attempting to go it alone as in all the way to the counter??,.,,I am sure if one is in the business of being in business that some activity is directly performed for appearance only,,,,and in this case it would support both options for this company!,,Thats my opinion,,,but it is only an assumption.

And as far as reverse splits, roll backs etc,,it makes little difference to me!! We will be worth what we are worth after the pleasantly plump lady sings as they say!
