GAC - I think they will need at least 50 million shares outstanding after a split or consolidation. About 3/4 of the outstanding shares are owned by institutions and having less than 12 or 15 million shares available for trading could be a big detriment. If there is currently about 56 mil shares of float and they do a 10:1 reverse that would only leave 5.6 mil as a float. It will be interesting to hear what they have to say at the AGM. I'm not so sure this will even make it to a NASDAQ listing before they get an offer worth serious consideration.
