That is great news , it will open a huge retail and institutional market for new shareholders. i do have a big problem with share consolidation and would rather they wait a few months to have the price rise up more and then do the US listing . I have seen way too many times a share consolidation on a company only to see it get chopped in half over a period of time , specially in a down market.  With some good news in the next month or so we can ride up without the consolidation. New analyst report for a major institutional, another peer review article , science news or anything else can move up very quickly
