I looked back on SEDAR for Resverlogix from 2007 to 2017, and all of the AGMs for Resverlogix occured in September or October during that 10 year span with the exception of 2016 and 2017. In 2016, the Resverlogix AGM was first scheduled for October and then was changed to December. In 2017, they also scheduled for December. So history shows Sept/Oct is normal for Resverlogix AGM. Zenith has only held 4 AGMs so far, but the upcoming Sept AGM for Zenith would be the earliest one to date.
