Futility, SSRA, Top-Line data....it all comes from the same forward looking bucket that has LOIs and liscensing agreements.  

After the B&B presentation I listed 3 things I wanted to see checked off:

1) Finalization of the Third Eye Loan.  Done

2) Cancelation of the proposed offering. Done

3) Top Line data by EOY....lots of runway left.
