There is a point in this rally where the shorts will jump back in...TA is useless here. Looking around the market there is a widespread rally in pre-revenue biotechs with mid to late stage trials. It has been great, don't get me wrong. Most of the rally is in what I consider to be the most attractive acquisition targets.
