My understanding has been the way Sarah explained it since prior to the first patient being dosed. I have only ever heard that the DSMB would be the ones making the recommendation to the CSC based on unblinded data.

Observation - Since all of the patients are still in the trial we should be at the maximum numbers of events happening monthly so it should be no surprise if the Top Line Results come out a little sooner than what many are expecting.
