I just checked and I got the exact same email....here's what I got in full:

Hi - I would like to clarify my response from before.

The CSC is pivotal in determining the course of action after the SSRA; however the actual SSRA is done by the DSMB. The DSMB is the only group who has access to the unblinded data. After the SSRA, the DSMB makes a recommendation to the CSC on the course of action moving forward.

It seems someone else got the exact same thing on SH as well.....so Sarah's answer about the CSC doing the SSRA was obviously wrong.  Its all good, I'm not expecting an SSRA in any event at this point....
