SF - A CVR comes with some upfront cash doesn't it. That would be a financing option wouldn't it. They have been pursuing that type of deal for some time haven't they. Those terms could be a lot more favourable I would think.
Wouldn't it be nice if we were halted Monday morning and have the SSRA/FA announced along with a CVR.
