Sorry Kelsee, we'll have to disagree....I think you're being duped.  I'm still waiting for an answer to my email, Sarah simply has to answer my question with a yes. 

Not a "yes we would" which is the conditional form.  I'm okay with the conditional tense so long as it comes with an explanation.
