That site says that short interest is updated on the 15th and last day of each month and that they get the report 3 days later.  Typically the numbers show up later in the evening on that 3rd day...but so far nothing, and not just for RVX.  

I agree with Tada's observations....I use the term rare, as opposed to ineffective though.  So long as shorts are able to cover off, with warrants or any other way, then a squeeze is avoided.   

The warrants have been trading since that June financing, and back then short interest went up to almost 850K but then quickly came down.  This time it shot up over 1 million and if shortdata.ca has their numbers right its now over 2 million....so a much different dynamic.
