I don't have any real details.  Big fist bump to Bear for bringing this to my attention, he'd emailed Clayton re a question about Zenith and found out he was no longer with that company, and that prompted me to enquire if he was still with Resverlogix.  

This is the email I sent to Sarah yesterday:  

Hi again Sarah,

I accept that you have communicated as much as you can regarding the loan agreement and that management won't be commenting further.  Okay, I do though have another question.

You recently informed me that Clayton Paradis is no longer with the company.  Was this communicated in some way?  When did his departure take place?  I recall that when he came on board in April of 2015 it was included in a PR, which seemed proper given that he was a member of the Senior Management team with a title of VP.

If his departure was not communicated in any way I would be curious to know why.  In my experience when members of Senior Management come on board or leave a publicly traded company that the market is notified.

And this is the reply I got today: 

Clayton’s departure from the Company was in early May. As for a press release, this has not been a standing policy with the Company. If the Company felt Clayton’s departure was material, we would have announced it.

Does anyone find this curious.  If memory serves Dr. Kideckle's report specifically named Clayton as a member of Resverlogix's stellar management team.  I tried to check back on that Beacon report but the link I saved no longer works.
