1,147,392 is the updated number, which isn't much of a drop, down just 44,041 from the last update to April 30th.  

At first glance it seems like there's a big difference between the numbers on shortdata.ca

Their number as of May 16th was 827,570 for a difference of 319,822 shares.  On May 16th Canadian volume across all platforms was 177,306 and OTCBB volume for RVXCF was 35,200....so something doesn't add up.
