Koo, I agree and have felt this way for a couple of years since there was no evidence of the BP's chomping at the bit.

My question or expectation was to see regional deals in Europe and South America. Perhaps with a clean SSRA something might be in the wings but so far this is all about standing on the sidelines. I'm still waiting to see the magic in the Medison deal and given that it's Israel, a country known for innovation, pick up in this country could enhance pick up in other countries. Let's hope.
