No wonder the PPS got hammered!  Almost 1.2 million short as of April 30th just passed, that's as compared to the 176,205 that were short up to April 15th....that's an increase of over 1.1 million in just 2 weeks.  As a % of the OS its just 0.67% but that's still a massive jump.  

Of note, the number of OS also increased by almost 365K from 176,817,078 to 177,181,992

Why the short attack?  I think its reasonable to assume the catalyst was the April 17th news about the prospectus filing in relation to the possible share offering.  The PPS was trading around $1.80 or so when that news came out and tanked afterwards on much heavier than normal trading volumes.
