My brokerage now shows the best bid as $1.32 and the best ask as $1.30 as I write this...with 9 and 29 lots on the bid/ask respectively.  

I think this has something to do with the technical difficulties the TMX is having....because otherwise it makes zero sense to me.  

If not it would mean there's someone(s) offering 29 lots at $1.30, and another willing to buy 9 lots at $1.32...but they're not touching the 29 lots offered at an even lower price.  On the flip side it means theres someone(s) looking to unload 29 lots for $1.30, but they won't sell 9 of them at $1.32...higher than what's being asked.
