What happened to the LOI from 18 months ago? What is happening with the multiple LOIs mentioned recently by Don? If Don/RVX had discussions with each of these LOIs and there is no action then why?

Why haven't the big boys stepped in to carry this through? What happened to that committment to Dr Wong by KD that Eastern would see the trial through? Are the insiders seeing something we are not seeing? Or do they now have new objectives?

What could explain what is happening?

Are the big boys waiting, each on their own, to get into battle with each other and get the IP for whatever price even if BoM fails?

It seems to me that Don is not just up against the wall. He is being crushed into it. I do hope either the loan goes through (and Don has a back up) or the financing goes through. Don has 23 days until the next TSX extension review.

It does still seem that the science is progressing well with independent science being published so I never thought we'd find ourselves in this situation.

I'm not selling my shares because I'm in too far but I just hope the big boys will leave us with something to show no matter what happens.

And yet RVX is still presenting at conferences as if nothing is happening. This is not business as usual.
