I was sort of hoping that the $30 million would be approved thus buying time to get past the SSA and then perhaps that Don had a deal up his sleeve based on a positive SSA.
This certainly does not appear to be the case and in fact there is no evidence that I have seen that Don has a deal happening any time soon at least I assume until a successful BoM trial is announced or perhaps even after thorough analysis of post hocs sometime next year.
I find it discouraging that no one like CD Ventures or Eastern are stepping in to the action at this stage. Hepalink can't move much higher unless they take over.
I'll give Don credit for keeping the ship afloat although it is not as seaworthy as I'd like to see.
