When the loan/financing news came out before the opening bell the PPS was at $1.72 which is about where it has been trading for around the past 10 trading sessions.
So seeing the warrants for the lenders at $1.77 and the shares for the financing at a WAP of $1.78 is nice...its not a huge premium by any stretch, but any premium is pretty amazing imo.
The $3.2 million that was raised from the financing, granted its not much given the cash burn....but $3.2 million isn't exactly chump change either. And the fact that those investing were willing to pay higher than where RVX has been trading, that's pretty sweet.
I wonder what would happen to our PPS if someone (or someones) tried to snap up 1.8 million shares on the open market?
Hopefully the move that started today continues and doesn't pause or pull back.
