JJ - Your take on Third Eye is the same as mine. The simple fact that these guys are willing to lend to RVX makes a major statement as to to potential value of the technology. If the security is called for any reason these guys will be looking to sell it to recapture the amount owing. Whether Hepalink would ever let it get that far is yet another big question. My guess on the Hepa question is, not a chance.

your comment about if it closes is spot on in my mind as well, that is why I mentioned it twice in my initial post. I will breath a big sigh of relief when that happens.

As far as how far would this financing take them? Remember the current burn rate is declining every day now as the trial is now fully recruited and patients are now dropping off because they have completed the full course of the trial. This funding may go much further than many think. I would like to see RVX raise a little more to complete the BETonRENAL and Fabry trials.
