GAC, my guess is Don will get another extension on the TSX listing.

The retired compliance officer for the TSX that I spoke to left me feeling that there is a better than a 50% chance RVX will retain it's listing if the TSX people like the RVX people and there are no grievances.

"Guesses and opinions" is all I can offer.

There are still many key unknowns;

1. Will financing happen - no doubt in my opinion.
2. How big will it be? Dribs and drabs suggests investors lack confidence. A major regional deal would be a signficant victory from my POV.
3. Who will the partner or partners be? Might they be key strategic investors?
4. Will it be contingent on the SSA?
5. When will the SSA happen?

There seems to be so many good science results for apabetalone and yet little interest other than the 60%+ held by wealthy longs.

Personally I can't see Eastern coming to the party to carry this through to completion because KD drew his line in the sand last August probably believing he could take the entire company and pay out the loan. He shuttered his California biotech after spending billions over many years. Will he redirect to RVX or just wait it out.

Anyway, who knows but Thursday is 2 days away. Lot's of fun!
