Yes, I do remember JermaineJackson's post back on March 19th. I should have linked to that in my message last night. I found that initial exempt distribution interesting, but kind of forgot about it until I saw another one posted on SEDAR last night, just a couple weeks after the prior one. Looks like General360 and G1945V over on Stockhouse looked into this latest one and General360 posted that "the placement is for a total of 1,523,256 shares @ 1.75 for $2,665,698; Ontario - 1 purchaser for 1,000,000.75; Australia - 1 purchaser for 1,471,109; and of course, Cayman - 1 purchaser 194,587."

Preparation for the TSX Review? A snack to tide them over until a larger anticipated deal/financing? A little help to fund BETonMACE until the sample size re-estimation analysis (SSRA)? SSRA an inflection point for a deal/financing? SSRA a determinant for how much $$$ may be needed (more patients, more $)?
