Toinv - Your hammer looks to have hit this nail on the head. Yes there seems to be a convergence of a number of items in this March/April time frame. As you mentioned the SSA/FA, the beginning of new trials, running low on existing cash and the extension of the listing requirements. One could almost imagine that it was planned this way. 

To me the SSA/FA seems to be the key to unlocking the mystery. If this first step is not positive I could understand where a potential investor/s may have concern. If however this first step is positive I could also understand where a potential investor/s or a potential partner could get very excited. I wonder if the recent increase in the share price along with a little higher volume has anything to do with a potentially positive SSA/FA. I have noticed that UBS was buying 2 to 3 weeks ago and then stopped and now RBC has picked up close to 200K shares in the last 3 days. These actions have certainly made me wonder if something good is about to happen.
