Meaning?  Decide for yourself but one thing it tells me is that the slow bleed we've been seeing in the PPS, its not because of bears borrowing shares and dumping them back, but because shareholders are losing confidence and deciding to bail out....drip drip drip.....Hopefully we get some good news, because if bad news comes out like another overnight financing deal, then I could see that drip turning into a more steady stream heading out.

Short interest on the warrants shows no updated from Jan 31st's number of 0, which I take to mean that it is unchanged...
