Its all the instituional money flowing in that Don talked about after the company declared itself debt free...another case of over promising and under delivering.

"Oh sorry....uhm, we'd love to invest, but well.....oh, you have debt.  You see we can't invest in companies with debt"  (phew....what, oh I let that guy from Resverlogix off easy, eased the blow by telling him we don't invest in companies with debt, I think he bought it).
