Make your best guess, nobody here knows for sure what is going to happen. 

If another overnight financing comes along like the one arranged by Bloom Burton (or whatever the name was) then expect the PPS to drop....better to wait.

Or if they announce a licensing/partnership deal with signficant upfront cash, (not like the Israel deal obviously) then its reasonable to expect the PPS to climb....better to not wait.

RVX is very thinly traded most of the time, so any sizeable activity on the buy or sell side can have a big effect.   Good luck
