It is what it is....the company has no interest it seems in, what I would call "staging" to use a Real Estate term.  

If Resverlogix was a house up for sale the kitchen counter would be cluttered with dirty dishes in the sink, the garbage full and the mailbox overflowing with old flyers.  Its a great house, but there doesn't seem to be any interest in presenting it in the best way possible.  

I'll be blunt.....I don't think they're worried about the PPS because they know they'll be able to arrange the needed financing with HL being the most logical source, this is my opinion.  Yes I know there's that 50% consideration, but I imagine there are ways to work around it....that frequently cited CVR maybe, or more licensing rights.  Or maybe another overnight deal like they did back in June that cratered the PPS.

Meanwhile our PPS languishes.....$1 billion USD is what seems fair to me at this juncture for a MC, but my opinion and a subway token combined will only get you a ride on the subway.  

I'd love to be buying right now, but I'm overweighted already.  In fact I recently sold just under 10K shares between $2.05 and $2.10 because I caught wind of a rumour about a company in the telcom space that, according to the rumour mill, is poised to be making a foray into the blockchain space....

If that does work out I'll be buying the shares I sold back, and if things keep up the way they are I'll be paying less than what I sold at.
